Thank you for all you have been and will be for the pet owners in Georgia! You have taken care of one of mine and in my own work, I have had ample opportunity to get to know you and your staff. You are all wonderfully compassionate people and understand, as few do, what it means to lose a four legged member of the family!

Add a Love Note
Tux was a mixed breed, not the breed stated on the page, I didn't know how to edit it. Sorry to post it three times, it was saying it did not go through

To our Tux:

As a kill shelter photographer for last chance adoptions, I became a foster dog parent of 118 dogs. Tux was the only one I adopted and kept. He refused to leave my side at adoption events and after I nursed him through heart worms we were inseparable. I had just lost a baby before Tux came into my life and he allowed me to grieve and be his mother. Tux helped me through a divorce and moved from our big home into tiny apartments. When I became a foster mom he was gentle and loving to all of the children in my home, Tux was diagnosed with bladder cancer over a year ago and fought bravely. At the age of 37 I had my first child ten weeks early in July. Tux waited patiently, through two months of the baby being in icu for me to come home. We had a wonderful thanksgiving and he seemed to be content knowing I would not be alone. This Christmas he developed a bleeding ulcer and his symptoms worsened. He was euthanized yesterday while I held him and said goodbye. Thank you for taking care of his remains and returning him to me, i am heartbroken but thankful for your service
