Missing You
A year and half since your passing and I still think about you each and every day. Your fur brother, Quigley, passed away yesterday and once again a part of my heart has left me. The only thing that keeps me going is knowing that you will be there to meet him and to run the fields together again. Always in my heart.
With so much love.......Your Fur Mommy

To our Jackie Kay:

Our little sweet Jackie Kay was a miniature Jack Russell who had the heart, soul, attitude, and energy of a St. Bernard. We rescued Jackie at a flea mart in Kentucky when she was about 4 weeks old. She was so tiny she could fit in the palm of my hand. Jackie was my heart, she rescued me as much as I did her. Jackie Kay loved to swim in the Great Lakes and off the coast of Maine. She walked around with her ball in her mouth and the funniest thing was listening to her bark with the ball in her mouth. While living in Maine Jackie loved to roam the property with her Lucy (our youngest minpin & beagle mixed)and several times come home with the scent of skunk all over her. Jackie was her happiest when playing ball. If you didn't throw fast enough she would jump up and bite your bottom. She would run so fast that she would trip over her own little legs. Even for a little Jack Russell, our Jackie loved our Wisconsin winters and snow as long as she had her jacket or sweater on to keep her warm. Our fur babies traveled with us all the time. They didn't care where we went as long as they were with us. My heart is a little empty right now with the loss of peanut, and its hard to only sit out 3 bowls, treats, and toys, but I know my sweet angel is no longer sick and once again running in a meadow and playing ball with the angels. I love & miss my Jackie Kay each and eve4ry day....
